2020 Speedway Miramichi Banquet

It's time to celebrate the 2020 season at Speedway Miramichi! Our 2020 banquet will be held at Jungle Jims in Miramichi starting at 6pm on Saturday November 28th, 2020! Tickets will be $40 each! Tickets for the top 5 in points are on sale now, and for everyone else they will go on sale on November 10th. Those in the top 5 in points need to order and pay by November 9th to guarantee their tickets. After this, ticket sales will be opened to everyone, with all tickets needing to be ordered and paid for by November 20th at the latest! Tickets are to be paid for by e-transfer at savespeedwaymiramichi@gmail.com.

The banquet will start with a meal, followed by the presentation of awards and wrapping up with music and entertainment. Attendees will have the option of 3 food options. Please indicate on the order the names of any attendees accompanying you, as well as their choice of meal!

The top 5 in points will be honoured for each class, plus some special award winners! 

Please email names and meal choice of all attendees to us at savespeedwaymiramichi@gmail.com with all the required information by NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 20TH!

 

Meal Options:

#1 - The Bathroom Sink - A personal-size sampler of Jim's famous Kitchen Sink! Jim's Famous Buffalo Wings, chicken taquitos, monkey finger, mozzarella cheese stick, deep-fried pickle, garlic baguette, jungle rings, lattice fires and a side of sweet and sour sauce.

#2 - FIsh & Chips - Crispy-battered and served with slaw and tartar sauce.

#3 - BBQ Bacon Cheddar - Char-grilled with BBQ sauce and topped with bacon, processed cheddar, lettuce, tomato and mayo.

All tickets/braclets ordered and purchased will be available for pick-up on race day only. We will not be shipping braclets. There will be a separate booth set-up near the ticket booth on race day with all of your ordered braclets in it. This will allow you to skip the line for the ticket booth. In addition, all contact information will be provided when you order so we will not require contact info on race day to speed the process up.

Please note - Despite being "free," be sure to order kids tickets as part of your order. We need to track the total attendance, including kids, for the purpose of attendance numbers and COVID regulations. Our host required a price and $0 was not allowed, so we listed kids tickets as $0.01 to allow us to include them in the site.

Pit passes will not be sold in advance and will be first-come first-serve on race day.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not offered. In the event of rain or postponement, passes are valid for the posted rain date. An exception to refunds is if management outright cancels the event (whether for weather and the posted rain date is not used, or due to COVID-19 pandemic), in which case you will be contacted regarding refunds.
